It is important to note that these backups are managed exclusively by our team and operate at the full instance level. This means that in the event of an accidental deletion or an incident, we can restore your entire cloud to a previous state (for example, 24 hours ago), but it is not possible to restore specific folders or files individually. If a restoration is requested, absolutely all content will revert to the state of that backup point.

Yes, as with any cloud storage environment, it is an ideal and recommended practice to always keep a local copy of all your information. This process can be easily automated using the official Nextcloud sync client on your devices. To do so, you simply need to ensure that your computer or local server has enough storage capacity to hold the files saved in the cloud.
